Your journey begins. After initial contact with our team, we like to come and meet you to get a feel for what your project entails and create a shared vision. After your brief, we reflect on what we have learnt, produce a quote and concept visuals if required.
This is a great opportunity for you to get to know us and meet the people who will take your project from the ideas phase through to fruition.

After the pricing stage is agreed, materials are finalised and initial drawings are produced.
At this stage we invite you to visit our workshop. This will enable you to browse our selection of samples and finishes allowing us to envisage the final outcome together.
Once you are happy, we visit the site to complete a full site survey. Final shop drawings are then produced for your approval, allowing us to move into the exciting stage of manufacture.

Now the fun begins as we move into the manufacture stage. We take your project fundamentals and our shared vision and place it into the talented hands of the production manager and our highly skilled team of craftsmen.
Our team prides itself on drawing out the dynamic and creative qualities within and we bring together the people best suited to your project. The project is closely monitored and quality controlled throughout the entire process. We encourage our team to think outside the box, create solutions and rise to the challenge of the creation journey.
Whilst this is ongoing, we keep you updated on how your project is progressing from the early stages through to the completion of manufacuture.

Once your items are complete and quality checked, our expert team of fitters liaise with your project manager and production manager to ensure a seamless handover to commence the fitting process.
We deliver to site, and our team will fit your items to the highest standard. We understand at this stage that things may change- and that’s ok. We are adaptable & dynamic in all that we do. Any changes at this stage are handled carefully with effective communication between the site and our workshop.
5.
After the fitting process is completed, we review the completed project alongside you. We ensure that you are happy and satisfied with your new products, and that any loose ends have been attended to. Our drive is to produce your vision with personal care and continual monitoring regardless of how big or small the job.
